The key to intimacy is honesty, open communication, the courage to say the truth and to be vulnerable and non-judgmental. You will get a ton of experience developing these exact skills in the circle. You will get support for each courageous step you take and you will be amazed how much you change!

Great question! All ages. And we have buddies that rotate, so you get to have a special contact along with the two staff members, Helen and Rebecca. The group members so far have ranged from 31 to 72 and we welcome older and younger! And it’s a very diverse ethnic group, too. You’ll be amazed that it doesn’t matter your age, size, ethnicity, sexual orientation; you will find out how alike you are and how easy it is to be intimate with each other and to feel each other’s gifts.
